Made an appointment and they didn’t look at the truck for a week after dropping it off. Then they kept my truck for weeks for a fuel sensor repair saying the diagnostics took along time bc they’re emailing with gmc directly. Truck didn’t sound right after picking it up so I returned it. They tried telling me my steering gear box and pitman arm were bad. Gave me an estimate over $2500 or so. Disappointed. 2 days to diagnose a problem and was advised part not available so try eBay or a junk yard. $400 poorer. I should have YouTubed it. Looks like I can buy the part online.

Okay ?? Everything to me seems to be good. Just only one thing I know things happen But they forgot to put my sticker of when my next oil changed. Need to be done they didn't put a sticker in my window.

The dealership was open and clean. From start to finish it was the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle.
Within one month of new car purchase and less than 1000 miles had problem with Transmission. Dealership had car over 21 days to repair. Poor communication on progress. GM customer service said dealership would provide compensation for loss of use. There has been no response from dealership. When repair was complete, picked up car with barely enough gas to make it home and car was dirty.

Horrible they've had the car since Tuesday and haven't even looked at it yet and it's been 5 days, brought it in over a week ago and they replaced a pump then two days later started running rough and engine light came back on.... it's been one thing after another and now been without a vehicle for a week.....
This dealership is very thorough. Toni usually checks me in. She listens to me and explains each service that is being done. I usually wait and she let's me know how all is going. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. The entire staff is helpful. I would recommend this dealership to anyone who wants good quality service.
