Called on a Thursday and could not get an appointment till the following Friday. Matthew said you can drop it off now and if we can get to it earlier we will. He texted me on Monday and stated what the issue was and was submitting it to the warranty company, he then followed up with that the warranty company approved the work. Matthew texted me Tuesday morning to advise my vehicle was repaired and ready for pickup.

Incompetency with maintenance troubleshooting. The issue I addressed was not remedied because no code is present from the OBD. However, the issue is physically obvious and very annoying. The fault didn't exist until around 35k miles but I'm being told it's normal behavior. The first dealership recognized the issue but told me until there's a fix for it drive in L9. Your dealership told me nothing is wrong, left my truck sitting in the parking lot for three days, then charged me a diag fee even though this should be covered under the powertrain warranty. The ... Just purchased a 2026 GMC 2500HD Sierra Denali. Our salesman Henry S was outstanding, very informative & knowledgeable. I appreciate the text updates, but once there is a diagnostics, there should be a call from the writers, explaining the issue and what needs to be repaired.
